How to Cut and Clean Meat
- Clean the meat by removing any and all fats, gunk, and or membranes or vessels as much as possible.
- Create a small incision on the meat.
- Use a combination of Lemon juice + water to soak the meat in after cutting.
- Rinse the meat a few times.
- Then place the meat in boiled water for 20 seconds - 120 seconds.
- Season the meat. Marinate.
