How to Cut and Clean Meat

  1. Clean the meat by removing any and all fats, gunk, and or membranes or vessels as much as possible.
  2. Create a small incision on the meat.
  3. Use a combination of Lemon juice + water to soak the meat in after cutting.
  4. Rinse the meat a few times.
  5. Then place the meat in boiled water for 20 seconds - 120 seconds.
  6. Season the meat. Marinate.
